  1. Documents to be Submitted with the Application
     
     1. Your latest acquired degree in English
        
        • If you are applying for a bachelor’s degree, provide your high school degree.
        • If you are applying for a master’s degree, provide your bachelor’s degree.
        • If you are applying for a doctoral degree, provide your master’s degree.
     2. Latest transcript in English
     3. Valid passport copy
     4. Resume/CV
  2. Documents Needed After Application Acceptance
     
     1. English proficiency certificate
        
        • You must apply for one of the following Accredited English tests and achieve the minimum score required
        • Alternatively, you can apply directly for the easiest option, the Duolingo English Test, which requires a 95 out of 160 score to pass. You can take these English tests an unlimited number of times for free until you achieve a passing score. Afterward, please pay the required fee of $65 and submit your English test score certificate to us.
     2. Statement of Purpose
        
        • A one-page, double-spaced letter specifying why you chose this program in the US.
     3. Bank Statement
        
        • After submitting the application and the Duolingo English test, we will schedule a meeting to discuss how to prepare the bank statement easily.
• Inside the U.S.
  

  If you are inside the USA and want to change your status, submit the documents mentioned in the previous section plus:

  1. A copy of your current visa/status.
  2. I-94 document.

The documents should be submitted in clear PDF or JPG files. Each file should be titled according to its content.

All documents should be appropriately scanned using a scanning machine.

ِDegree Program Tuition Fees Overview

ِEssential Fees

1. Application and Enrollment Fees:
   
   • Initial Application Fee: $105
     
     1. Due: Upon submission of the application form. This fee covers personalized guidance, application assistance, and document handling services.
   • Enrollment Fee: $500 + 5% Transaction Fee (Total: $525)
     
     1. Details: Payable after enrollment. To process the I-20 form, it will be emailed in an electronic format.
2. DHS and F-1 Student Visa Documentation Fee:
   
   • SEVIS Fee: $350 + 5% transaction fee (Total: $370)
     
     1. Details: Payment to the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) for the F1 Student Visa documentation fee and I-20. You can pay this fee yourself, or we can assist you.
3. American Embassy Fee (DS-160):
   
   • Amount: $185 (payable in local currency)
     
     1. Details: Payable after receiving your I-20. We can provide assistance if needed during the DS-160 application process.
4. Comprehensive Service Fee:
   
   • Amount: $210
     
     1. Due: Upon issuance of the I-20 form. This fee includes ongoing support services such as visa and immigration advice, liaison services with Trine University, and additional student troubleshooting support.

Change of Status

• If you are in the U.S. on a non-studying visa and need to apply for an F-1 student visa.
• Transfer from one institution to another.

ِA special scholarship

Applicants only need to complete the application form below. Students must achieve a GPA of at least 3.0 out of 4.0 in their first semester to activate a guaranteed $250 Good Status Scholarship check.
