Dr Michael Egbayelo is a Nationally Accredited Business Development Service Provider-BDSP,a Certified Business Analyst and a Certified Management Consultant (CMC)

He established Excellerate Business School,-an Innovative Enterprise Institution (IEI)

Dr Egbayelo has attended trainings and presented studies at the instance of several international organizations including the Africa Leadership Forum (ALF), Friedrich Nauman Foundation,the German Cordaid and the Ford Foundation.

He was a consultant on a Positive Leadership Project by the Ford Foundation for Nigeria and Egypt under the auspices of the Centre for Social Science Research and Development (CSSR-D)

He attended the Daily Times Journalism Institute,Surulere from 1999-2000 where he bagged a Diploma in Journalism and graduated as the Overall Best Graduating Student

He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English Language and Post Graduate Diploma in Environmental Resources Management from the Lagos State University Ojo.

He bagged a Master of Business Administration (MBA) Degree from the Dutch Business School, Business School Netherlands,Buren and a Doctor of Philosophy Degree (PhD) in Business and Organizational Leadership from the Gideon Robert University Zambia.

Dr Egbayelo also has a Bachelor of Theology Degree B.Th from the Life Theological Seminary,Ikorodu

He is an alumnus of the Enterprise Development Centre (EDC)of the Pan Atlantic University where he attended the Business Development Service Provider BDSP Training Course

He is a Certified Microsoft Innovative Educator and a White Belt Six Sigma Specialist

He has a Certification in Business Analysis from Hibreed Station, Canada

He is a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants of Nigeria.

He is a Fellow, Institute of Certified Business Consultants (ICBC)

Dr Egbayelo is also a Fellow of the Certified Institute of Shipping of Nigeria
