How to create a professional signature ?

As part of our ongoing efforts to improve the student & admins experience, we are excited to unveil a new program that will benefit all members of Windsor university community.

You can set up a signature for your Windsor user profile, which will be used for your emails sent through your webmail or outlook.

Here is a sample of how your signature will be…

Webmail Signature:

To create your signature on webmail,simply follow these steps:
1. You can use our program at the end of the page below: Generate Signature Email (windsoruniversity.us)
2. Fill your data in the required fields.
3. Click on submit
4. Take a copy of the HTML code, then paste the signature in your favorite email client Editor, e.g. (WebMail).

Note: Here are some details of where you can paste your signature on the webmail.

1.After signing in to your university email.

2.You can go to the gear icon called setting

3.After that, you can navigate to Identities

4.Then press on the icon with the red line below the photo, then press on the image on the following image

5.After that, there will be a popup window. Just paste the HTML code you have copied and click save.

Outlook Signature:

To create your signature on Outlook,simply follow these steps:
1.You can use our program at the end of the page below: Generate Signature Email (windsoruniversity.us)

2. Fill your data in the required fields.
3. Click on submit
4. Click on Copy Style to clipboard, then paste the signature in your favorite email client HTML sending Editor, e.g. (Outlook)

Note: Here are some details of where you can paste your signature on Outlook.

1. Log in to your Outlook account and select the Home Tab > New Email.

2. Click the Message tab.

3. In the Include group section, select Signature > Signatures.

4. In the Choose Default Signature section, select the account you would like to associate with the signature from the email account dropdown.

5.In the Select Signature to Edit section, click the New button and name your signature.

6.In the Edit Signature section, paste in your Windsor-generated signature and select OK
