Kimberley Mitcham has over three decades of experience planning and implementing learning opportunities for adults. Research projects focused on the development of critical thinking, program marketing, and team building. She has been published in trade journals and offered training sessions at local, state, and regional conferences. Her teaching experiences include medical terminology at the community college, serving as a writing coach and teaching statistics at the university level.

Education includes two bachelor’s degrees, one in management and one in reading education. At the graduate level, she completed 18 hours in adult psychology, 18 hours in nonprofit management, and 18 hours in educational leadership. Her doctoral degree is in education with a focus on instructional design.

Dr. Mitcham has lead a nationally accredited childcare program, served as a consultant for a state-funded program, and developed the first day treatment program for children 3-6 years old.
