My name is Bassem Ibrahim Mahmoud Sheta, I’m an Associate Professor Dr in Electrical Engineering. I’m Currently the head of information Systems Department in Information Systems and Computer Science Faculty, October 6 University, Egypt. I was the head of the Aircraft Borne Equipment Department and the head of navigation research group at Military Technical College, Cairo, Egypt. I had my PhD in Geomatics and Electrical engineering after his research in the Mobile Multi-Sensor Systems (MMSS) group in the University of Calgary, Canada. I had my MSc in Electrical Engineering from Aircraft Borne Equipment Department, MTC in the field of radar image signal processing. My research interest focuses on focuses on the integration of Mobile Mapping data from different platforms such as Inertial Navigation System (INS), Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS), and medium format cameras which are used for navigation of unmanned aerial, ground, and surface vehicles. I have experience in GNSS signal processing, GNSS simulators, Inertial Navigation Systems signal processing, and imaging sensors. I have experience in working with embedded systems programming and MEMS sensors for autopilot design. I granted several awards as the following:

Egyptian Government Scholarship for PhD 2010.
