This course prepares students to manage, coordinate, and supervise the development method from idea development through project completion on a timely and economic basis. Includes instruction in business, residential, mechanical, highway/heavy civil, electrical, environmental, industrial, and specialty construction; facilities management; project planning; budgeting and value control; supply and materials management; personnel management and
labor relations; website safety; construction contracting; construction processes and techniques; organization and scheduling; and applicable codes and rules.
