Dr Mabel Yvonne Slater holds a doctorate degree in business administration, and is also a master TEFL/TESOL Instructor. In addition to her teaching experience, she is a small business owner, and has over 15 years of recruiting and managerial experience.

Dr. Slater is very passionate about helping students work towards their work and educational goals, and has 24 years of experience in coaching and mentoring. She also has seven years of experience assessing students to identify obstacles that are preventing them from pursuing their goals.
