Adding new Programs/Courses/Diplomas

Are you a University, professor, administrator, or instructor wishing to license/certify a program, course, or diploma?

Windsor University (WU) adopts the University, Professor, or Instructor who has a considerable number
of students (50 students at least per course) for a demanded program or course in the job market.

Whether you are in America, Europe, Africa, or Asia, and whether your scope is a Bachelor’s, Master’s, Doctorate Degree, Course,
or Diploma.

Windsor University is looking forward to licensing and certifying hundreds of demanded
programs/courses for each country around the world to grow the job market according to the laws, rules and regulations
of the Higher Education Licensure Commission (HELC) https://windsoruniversity.us/about-us/accreditation/
and The Office of the State Superintendent of Education (OSSE) in Washington DC, USA.

Policy

The Applicant (University, Professor, or Instructor) has to illustrate the job market demand regarding the new program/course
proposal and the estimated number of students per year.

Process

Windsor University should review the curriculum according to the USA curriculum Link, CIP codes at this Link, and the Department of Education laws, rules, and regulations.

Benefits

1 – If the Applicant is on good terms, and Windsor University accepts the program/course, the applicant will gain financial
and moral benefits for themselves and Their students.

1.1 – Financial: After reviewing the program/course/diploma and the number of estimated students, the Applicant and Windsor University will come to a mutually agreed upon arrangement regarding revenue sharing per student. The specifics of this arrangement will be determined on a case-by-case basis .

Example: If the Applicant has around 50 students offering a program/course without a license for a fee of $1000.
Then, after reviewing the program/course/diploma by the relevant department at Windsor University
and licensing it, the Applicant should raise the program/course/diploma fee by an amount of money to cover the 25%,
which is Windsor University’s share.

1.2 – Honorable Position at Windsor University: The Applicant will be on the Windsor University Leadership Board as a director and/or on the Faculty Members Board, along with Their photo and Bio. They will also be considered as Instructors for other current
and upcoming programs and courses according to Their areas of expertise.

If the Applicant is a University

If the Applicant is a University, they will be considered as an Agent for Windsor University. Then, the Applicant University’s revenue
share will increase to 80% rather than 75%.

Fund and Fees

Adding a new program/course fee is $1000; Windsor University pays $500 per program/course/diploma licensing
and certifying, which is 50% of the fees (half the cost) in case the number of students is not less than 50.

Therefore, the Applicant has to pay $500 per program/course/diploma to be licensed.

Licensing Duration

From 4 – 6 months per each program/course/diploma.

Applying Times

Six times a year, every two months.

Instructions

The Applicant has to illustrate by evidence that They have about 50 students per course in addition to
the relationship between the course and the job market with the course title and description clearly
delineated
.

Windsor University Responsibilities:

1 – Licensing the Program/Courses/Diplomas
2 – Providing the Curriculum (PowerPoint Presentations, students’ and instructors’ e-books, and exam data bank)
3 – Creating the Policies
4 – Instructions
5 – Providing the Web Developers with technical support for the proposed program/course/diploma
6 – Providing the Student Affairs Services
7 – Paying annual Taxes according to the IRS in the USA
8 – Providing Insurance coverage for the program according to the laws of the USA
9 – Providing Surety Bonds to support students according to the laws
10 – CPA Fees and Tax Return Submission fees
11 – Financial Auditing Report fees
12 – Annual Server Fees
13 – Semester Transcript Issuance
14 – Graduation Certificate Issuance
15 – Graduation Certificate Authentication

Applicant Responsibilities:

1- Providing Program/Courses/Diplomas Title, Description, Content, Outcome.
2- Provide How Many Credit Hours/Contact Hours Per Course
3- Providing Working Hours (including assignments and other work)
4- Providing How Many Weeks per course
5- Providing Library Resources for the Desired Course (Recommended)
6- Providing Research Center Resources for Thesis or Dissertation (Recommended)
7- Providing Professors/Instructors (CV, latest degree, certificates for their qualifications, prior experience in education
with a sample, filling in the Instructor Qualification Form)
8- Setting Assignments, Quizzes, Exams, and Class Activities
9- Providing Admission Requirements that should follow the laws, rules, and regulations of the USA
10- Providing Program/Courses/Diplomas with a Competitive Tuition Fees Plan
11- Paying Professors/Instructors Fees/Compensation (included in the financial note’s 75% or 80% ratio mentioned above).
Windsor University can offer the number of required instructors per course, but in that case, the previous financial ratio will be different according to the case; it will be discussed and calculated case by case.

Hiring Instructors for Current and Upcoming Programs/Courses/Diplomas:

If the Applicant is not interested in adding a new program/course/diploma, they can apply as just an instructor to
be considered and shortlisted for the current and/or upcoming programs and be on Windsor University Faculty Members Board
along with Their Bio as provided at this link. To apply as an Instructor, follow the steps provided at this link to be reviewed
