All admission and scholarship decisions are made solely by the admitting university, and all immigration-related processes are subject to applicable U.S. immigration regulations and the requirements of the admitting institution.
Once you fill out the form, we can review your transcript, GPA, grades, and credentials, and we can guide you based on general eligibility criteria.
As long as the enrolled student meets the academic performance requirements set by the admitting university, including maintaining the required CGPA each semester, the student may be considered for scholarship fund support where available.

Study Delivery Mode (In-person hybrid format)
The following programs are presented as in-person study delivery in hybrid format. According to the institutional structure, students may attend in person on a limited basis depending on the degree level.
For undergraduate levels, including bachelor’s degree, students may attend in person 4 times per semester.
For graduate levels, including master’s and doctorate, students may attend in person one time per semester.

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
Whether you are inside or outside the USA, you should provide:

ENGLISH PROFICIENCY CERTIFICATE

DUOLINGO ENGLISH TEST
- You can apply directly for the Duolingo English Test, which requires a 90 score at least out of 160.
- If you cannot get the minimum score, you may be able to join an English course for 2 to 6 months.
- You can also submit IELTS or TOEFL, and you may be eligible for a waiver. Details here.

You should submit the documents mentioned in the previous section, plus:

Free Application Submission
$105 Eligibility Processing Fee
After submitting your application, you’ll receive step-by-step guidance to assess your eligibility for the F-1 Student Visa. The admissions team will review your academic records, English test scores, and other requirements. If approved, you’ll need to pay the processing fee. Payment Link
$500 I-20 Form Refundable Fee
After completing the eligibility review, you will receive your acceptance letter. To get your I-20 form, you must pay a $500 refundable fee.
If you are outside the USA and your visa application is rejected at the U.S. Embassy, you can provide the rejection document and request a refund review.
Upon payment, your draft says you may receive the I-20 form within 2 weeks. The payment link will be shared with your acceptance letter.
$100 SEVIS Preparation Fee
Once you receive your I-20 form, you must apply for the SEVIS fee and DS-160 form. Windsor University provides support and guidance to help you file your SEVIS fee and prepare for the U.S. Embassy interview. Payment Link
$350 SEVIS Governmental Fee
This is a mandatory government fee required before the U.S. Embassy appointment stage. Payment Link
- You should also pay $185 by yourself in your country so you can join the American Embassy interview.

- $1,055 plus $420 USCIS I-539 form change of status. Payment Link
