Dr. Michael Egbayelo is a distinguished and nationally accredited Business Development Service Provider (BDSP), a Certified Business Analyst, and a Certified Management Consultant (CMC). He is the founder of Excellerate Business School, an Innovative Enterprise Institution (IEI), which has become a notable center for advancing business education and entrepreneurship.

Dr. Egbayelo has been actively involved with numerous prestigious international organizations, having attended trainings and presented studies under the auspices of the Africa Leadership Forum (ALF), the Friedrich Nauman Foundation, the German Cordaid, and the Ford Foundation. He notably served as a consultant on a Positive Leadership Project supported by the Ford Foundation, focusing on Nigeria and Egypt through the Centre for Social Science Research and Development (CSSR-D).

Dr. Egbayelo’s educational journey is equally impressive. He earned a Diploma in Journalism from the Daily Times Journalism Institute in Surulere (1999-2000), where he graduated as the Overall Best Student. His academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English Language and a Postgraduate Diploma in Environmental Resources Management from Lagos State University, Ojo. He further obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Business School Netherlands in Buren and a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Business and Organizational Leadership from Gideon Robert University, Zambia. Additionally, Dr. Egbayelo holds a Bachelor of Theology (B.Th.) from the Life Theological Seminary in Ikorodu.

In his pursuit of continuous professional development, Dr. Egbayelo is an alumnus of the Enterprise Development Centre (EDC) at Pan Atlantic University, where he completed the Business Development Service Provider (BDSP) Training Course. He is also a Certified Microsoft Innovative Educator and a Six Sigma White Belt Specialist. His certifications further extend to Business Analysis from Hibreed Station, Canada.

Dr. Egbayelo is a Fellow of several esteemed professional bodies, including the Institute of Management Consultants of Nigeria, the Institute of Certified Business Consultants (ICBC), the Certified Institute of Shipping of Nigeria, and the Institute of Business Development (IBD). He serves on the Advisory Board of the International Community for Educational Technology (ICEDT) and is a member of the International Association for Innovation in Educational Assessment (IAEII). Additionally, he holds honorary membership with the World Safety Organisation (WSO) and serves as a Board Member of the Association of Chartered School Administrators (ACSA).
