Dr. Shaik Rehana Banu holds a Doctoral Degree in Business Management and is currently pursuing a Post-Doctoral Fellowship in Business Management at Lincoln University College, Malaysia. She possesses extensive expertise in teaching business management subjects and specializes in research related to business management, research methodology, and computer applications.

With a robust academic background encompassing 10 years of teaching experience and 3 years of industrial experience, Dr. Banu has made substantial contributions to her field. She has presented and published 50 papers in reputable journals and conferences and is the author of two books. Her participation in scholarly activities includes presenting at 20 international conferences, 20 national workshops, and 30 seminar presentations, as well as engaging in 140 international and national webinars. Dr. Banu has also attended 15 faculty development programs.

In addition to her teaching and research endeavors, Dr. Banu plays an active role as a supervisor for research scholars and contributes to the scientific research community as a reviewer and editor for renowned publication houses. Her ongoing involvement reflects her commitment to advancing knowledge and excellence in the field of business management.
