Since October 2022, he has been managing and executing a diverse range of projects both locally and internationally as a Projects Management Engineer. He has overseen more than 25 Local Supply projects and 20 Export Supply projects, handling nearly 10,000 metric tons of steel PEB.

His key responsibilities include coordinating the supply of specialized materials and buyouts with extended lead times, ensuring competitive pricing and timely delivery. He reviews contracts, analyzes project scopes, documents, drawings, and shipping methods, and performs detailed cost analyses and breakdowns. He also contributes to operational efficiency by applying risk analysis techniques and training new engineers in data collection and job performance.

From September 2021 to September 2022, he served as a Civil & Quality Control Engineer. During this time, he issued policies, procedures, templates, and flow charts that led to the company’s ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 certifications. He performed cost analysis, pricing, and breakdowns for civil work items, analyzed tender documents, prepared contracts with sub-contractors, reviewed sub-contractor invoices, and conducted site inspections.

He completed a Project Management Diploma (PRMG) from The American University in Cairo (ESS-Engineering & Science Services) in December 2023, and earned a Bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering from Ain Shams University (ASU), where he focused on steel structures in his final project.

Additionally, from June 2019 to June 2021, he gained experience as an HR-Development Specialist, developing performance appraisal criteria, participating in policy setting, and managing team communications.
