Dr. Nilsa Fleury holds an EdD in Education with a concentration in Organizational Leadership and a Master of Business Science, both from Nova Southeastern University. She has a Specialization in Information Systems from the Administrative Business Union _UNA-CEPEDERH in Brazil, a postgraduate degree in Industrial Economics from the Cristiano Ottoni Foundation at the Federal University of Minas Gerais (UFMG), and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the Faculty of Economics at the Federal University of Minas Gerais.

Dr. Fleury has earned numerous certifications, including Scrum Agile, Six Sigma, and peer review. She has also provided volunteer work for at-risk students in the USA and other countries. As a seasoned consultant, mentor, executive coach, and professor, Dr. Fleury has taught business and education courses at the undergraduate and graduate levels in both Brazil and the USA. She also serves as a peer reviewer and examiner for PhD dissertations.

A published author, Dr. Fleury has contributed several articles on leadership and has written two books, including her dissertation, Mentors’ Perceptions in a School-Based Virtual Mentoring Program (Scholar’s Press) and Leadership with Passion (Amazon, 2nd Edition).
