Dr. Kimberley Mitcham possesses over three decades of experience in planning and implementing educational programs for adults. Her research projects have focused on critical thinking development, program marketing, and team building. Dr. Mitcham has contributed to trade journals and conducted training sessions at local, state, and regional conferences. Her teaching experience includes instructing medical terminology at the community college level, serving as a writing coach, and teaching statistics at the university level.

Dr. Mitcham holds two bachelor’s degrees, one in Management and one in Reading Education. At the graduate level, she completed coursework in Adult Psychology, Nonprofit Management, and Educational Leadership, totaling 54 credit hours. Her doctoral degree is in Education with a specialization in Instructional Design.

In her career, Dr. Mitcham has led a nationally accredited childcare program, served as a consultant for a state-funded program, and developed the first day treatment program for children aged 3-6 years.
