Dr. Gulati is an Associate Professor of Data Science and Artificial Intelligence at Amity University, Noida, India, and also serves as an adjunct professor at Stratford University, USA. He supervises numerous Ph.D. scholars and postgraduate students, focusing on areas such as Big Data, Blockchain, Artificial Intelligence, and Data Analytics, particularly within the banking and insurance sectors. Under his guidance, the AI/Data Analytics Research Cluster has made significant contributions to high-impact journals and fostered global research collaborations with distinguished professionals. Dr. Gulati is currently pursuing a Postdoctoral Fellowship (PDF) in Information Systems and Decision Sciences at the University of South Florida, USA.

A senior IEEE member, Dr. Gulati is also a Series Editor for CRC and Wiley, with an impressive body of work including highly indexed publications in SCI, ABDC, WoS, and Scopus. He holds several patents and copyrights and has authored or edited numerous research books published by world-class publishers. His experience includes the supervision and co-supervision of postgraduate and Ph.D. students on an international scale, with numerous students having successfully graduated under his mentorship. Additionally, he serves as an external examiner and evaluator for Ph.D. and Master’s theses at multiple global universities.

Dr. Gulati has been a keynote speaker at numerous international conferences, delivered webinars worldwide, and chaired sessions at prestigious academic events. He has played a vital role in advancing scientific understanding through participation in scientific conferences, symposia, and seminars, where he has chaired technical sessions and delivered plenary and invited talks. His areas of specialization include Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Pattern Recognition, the Internet of Things, Data Analytics, and Business Intelligence.

He has held leadership positions in various renowned international conferences and serves as a reviewer for top-rated journals, including IEEE, SCI, and ABDC. Dr. Gulati has delivered over 100 invited talks, conducted more than 25 workshops, and organized over 10 conferences globally. He has supervised three Ph.D. scholars and over 200 postgraduate students, with several more currently under his supervision. His mentorship has led to the successful completion of three Ph.D. dissertations, with ongoing supervision of scholars in fields related to Information Technology, including MIS, IoT, Big Data, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Machine Learning, and Artificial Intelligence.
