Dr. Jerry Breshin has served as a university professor for over twenty-five years, earning his doctorate in Marketing from Penn State University, with minors in Consumer Behavior and Statistics.

Since entering the real estate field in 2006 as a sales agent, Dr. Breshin has progressed to become a Florida Broker Associate and a licensed real estate instructor. His primary teaching focus is Florida’s 63-hour pre-licensing course for sales agents. He is an active member of the Southwest Florida Board of Realtors, serving the Naples, Marco Island, Bonita Springs, and Ft. Myers areas.

Dr. Breshin has taught at various universities across the United States, Latin America, and Europe. He was a visiting professor of marketing at ESC – IFI in Rouen, France, and has consulted for multinational companies in marketing, communications, and strategic planning. His marketing research for multinational corporations in Puerto Rico, including Procter & Gamble and various international banks, solidified his reputation as a recognized marketing expert, even serving as an expert witness in litigation between multinational firms in Puerto Rico.

Prior to relocating to Florida in 2005, Dr. Breshin was a Full Professor of Marketing at Interamerican University in San Juan, Puerto Rico. During his tenure, he helped design Puerto Rico’s first doctoral program in business administration and served as both director of the doctoral program and a doctoral consortium between the City University of New York and Interamerican University.

In his spare time, Dr. Breshin enjoys playing tennis and golf.
