An adjunct instructor at Windsor University.Professor Kathy Collins is an educator, administrator, certified life coach, and entrepreneur, with over 30 years in higher education and the business sector. Professor Collins is a Ph.D. Candidate in Christian Counseling at Newbury Theological Seminary, and holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science from Nova Southern University. Her teaching experience in higher experience includes Florida International University, City College, and Florida Career College. In addition, she has worked as director of Student Services in the College of Nursing at Florida International University.
