- Contact Hours: 45 hours per course.
Each semester is 14 weeks long, with two weeks off between each semester.

Academic Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree or the equivalent of 120 credit hours.
- Bachelor’s certificate or alternative. You may provide your available certificate now and submit an English version later. Check here

250 to 500 words
- Prepare a one-page, double-spaced letter explaining why you chose this program. Check here
English Proficiency
- English is essential for success in your studies, research, and professional communication.
- Minimum accepted score:
- If your bachelor’s degree was completed in English, the minimum required score is 90 on the Duolingo English Test out of 160.
- If your bachelor’s degree was completed in a language other than English, the minimum required score is 100 on the Duolingo English Test out of 160.
Before your intake date and before receiving your Eligibility Qualification Letter, you may take the Duolingo free English screening test unlimited times.
Later, you will take the official paid Duolingo test, or submit one of eight other accepted certificates, before graduation.

Windsor University holds an annual graduation ceremony in Washington, D.C. each year in late November.
Family-Friendly Tradition
Traditionally scheduled one day before Thanksgiving and two days before Black Friday.

The upcoming graduation ceremony is scheduled for November 25, 2026.
Optional Participation
Participation is optional and does not affect degree conferral. Students may attend in person or remotely.
MBA Curriculum

Professional Recognition & Continuing Education
Windsor University academic programs and courses may be used for professional development and continuing education purposes, subject to the policies of relevant professional bodies.

Engineers
Coursework may be reported within NCEES records as graduate-level education or continuing education activity, subject to NCEES and state board requirements.

Project Management Professionals
Business and management courses may be applicable toward PMI Professional Development Units, PDUs, or equivalent requirements, subject to PMI policies.
Applicants are responsible for confirming acceptance and applicability with NCEES, PMI, or other licensing authorities.
