English Test Waiver Eligibility

Applicants may qualify for an English test waiver if they meet specific academic or citizenship-based conditions.

Waiver Conditions

In some cases, applicants may qualify for an English test waiver if they meet one of the following conditions:

  • You completed one academic year of study at a university or college in a country where English is the official language, excluding intensive English language programs.
  • You are enrolled in a U.S. institution and have completed a 100-level English Composition course along with at least 12 credit hours of 100-level courses. This applies only to bachelor’s degree programs.
  • You hold citizenship in one of the countries recognized by Windsor University for English waiver consideration.

All waiver requests are subject to university review and final admissions evaluation.
