MBA Admission Checklist

Are You Eligible for Windsor University’s MBA?

Before you apply, please review the admission checklist to make sure you meet the eligibility requirements for the Master of Business Administration program.

Bachelor’s Degree

  • Must hold a bachelor’s degree or an equivalent of 120 credit hours.
  • If your certificate is not in English, you may submit it in your native language with a certified English translation, or submit a certified English version within 2 weeks.
  • The degree certificate must be submitted at least 10 days before the intake start date.
  • Transcript must be submitted in English before the intake start date or within your first two semesters, but no later than the end of your second semester.
  • Failure to submit the transcript will result in enrollment being changed to a completion certificate track only.

Letter of Intent

  • Provide a brief statement explaining why you wish to pursue an MBA and how it will advance your career.

English Proficiency

English is essential for success in your studies, research, and professional communication.

Minimum accepted score:

  • If your bachelor’s degree was completed in English, the minimum required score is 90 on the Duolingo English Test, out of 160.
  • If your bachelor’s degree was completed in a language other than English, the minimum required score is 100 on the Duolingo English Test, out of 160.

Before your intake date and before receiving your Eligibility Qualification Letter, you may take the Duolingo free English screening test unlimited times.

Later, you will take the official paid Duolingo test, or submit one of eight other accepted certificates, before graduation.

What Happens Next?

  • Eligibility Qualification Letter: Issued once you provide items 1 to 4 above.
  • Acceptance Letter: Issued after paying the application fee.
  • Enrollment Letter: Issued after paying your first semester tuition. This letter may be used for company or government sponsorship, loans, or financial aid.
