  • About the Opportunity: Windsor University USA, a hybrid institution located in Washington, DC, is seeking to hire a Student Affairs Officer for its Cairo, Egypt (Nasr City) office. We are looking for a motivated individual holding a Master’s degree with strong admission skills, excellent communication and soft skills, and the ability to solve problems effectively to maintain high student satisfaction.
  • Job Description: The Student Affairs Officer (also known as a Student Affairs Specialist or Administrator) plays a critical role in supporting and advising students on a range of academic, career, and personal issues, while fostering a positive and inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and advise students on academic matters, including course registration, graduation requirements, and university policies.
  • Assist students with career planning, personal counseling, and addressing any challenges they face.
  • Refer students to appropriate Program resources when additional support is needed.
  • Plan, organize, and promote student activities, events, and programs.
  • Collaborate with student groups and organizations to enhance campus engagement.
  • Develop strategies to enrich student life and the overall student experience.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with faculty, staff, and departments to support student success.
  • Communicate effectively with students and external stakeholders.
  • Represent Windsor University at functions and events.
  • Ensure compliance with institutional, local, state, and federal policies.
  • Develop and maintain policies and procedures for student affairs.
  • Oversee student concerns and complaints, working toward positive resolutions.
  • Support recruitment and retention initiatives.
  • Develop and implement new programs and services to meet student needs.
  • Evaluate existing programs and recommend improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree (required).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Admission and enrollment management skills are a plus.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a student-centered approach.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
