English Proficiency Test

As part of the F1 visa application process, you must provide proof of English language proficiency. You can apply for any standard test, such as IELTS, TOEFL iBT, or the Duolingo English Test — a popular option for its affordability and ease of access, since it can be taken online from home.

Email a screenshot of your practice test performance to the admission office. You can practice for free multiple times before taking the official test.
