Dr. Lenny Washington is an accomplished educator with over 12 years of experience in higher education. He currently serves as an Instructional Designer at 4P Consulting, where he leverages his expertise in curriculum development, instructional design, and technology integration to create engaging and effective learning experiences. Dr. Washington also serves as a Doctoral Methodologist at Franklin University.
Prior to his current role, Dr. Washington held faculty positions at several institutions, including Kean University, Rowan College at Burlington County, Temple University, Mercer County Community College, and Monmouth University. He has a proven track record of success in developing and delivering high-quality instruction across various disciplines, including psychology, research methods, and education.
Dr. Washington holds a Doctor of Educational Leadership from the University of Phoenix and a Master of Education in Educational Leadership & Technology from Strayer University. He is also a certified Six Sigma Black Belt.
Dr. Washington is passionate about student success and committed to creating inclusive and supportive learning environments.
