Dr. Ena Daley is an accomplished educator with a rich academic background and over 25 years of instructional experience. She holds a Ph.D. in Curriculum and Instruction from Capella University, where she completed her dissertation on the reading readiness skills of kindergarten students. She also earned a Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Education and a Specialist Degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Nova Southeastern University and Florida International University, respectively.
Dr. Daley’s teaching career spans elementary education, higher education, and online instruction. She has spent over two decades as an elementary Writing and Language Arts teacher and four years as an Adjunct Professor at South Florida Bible College and Theological Seminary, where she taught courses in English composition, literature, writing research, and academic writing styles, including APA, MLA, and Turabian. Additionally, she serves as an online Adjunct Instructor of music at Jamaica Theological Seminary, teaching courses in Western music, choral conducting, and Caribbean music.
In addition to her teaching experience, Dr. Daley has tutored students in writing and language arts and has provided editing services for theses and dissertations.
Dr. Daley is passionate about fostering a love of learning and development in her students, with the belief that education is the key to success and growth. Her teaching philosophy is grounded in the idea that continual progress and achievement are essential to meaningful success, a sentiment echoed by Benjamin Franklin: “Without continual growth and progress, such words as improvement, achievement, and success have no meaning.” Dr. Daley’s ultimate goal is to cultivate lifelong learners who will become impactful change agents in their communities.
