Windsor University is recognized by HELC and OSSE, but is not an SEVP school. Windsor University works as a representative partner and advisor, doing business activities, consulting, and student support for Trine University and Westcliff University.
By the end of this page, you will find an application form. Once you fill out the form, we can check your transcript, GPA, grades, and credentials, and we can assist you in determining which scholarship may be suitable for you.
Overall, as long as the enrolled student can maintain a CGPA of 3.0 or more each semester, you may qualify for scholarship fund support.
Study Delivery Mode
(In-person hybrid format)
The following programs are presented as in-person study delivery in hybrid format. According to the institutional structure, students may attend in person on a limited basis depending on the degree level.
- For undergraduate levels, including bachelor’s degree, students may attend in person 4 times per semester.
- or graduate levels, including master’s and doctorate, students may attend in person one time per semester.

Duration
Bachelor’s Degree Program
Duration: 10 semesters of coursework, which is typically 4 years.
Credit Hours: 120 credit hours, with 12 credit hours per semester.
Master’s Degree Program
Duration: 5 semesters of coursework, which typically spans 2.5 years. You may have the option to accelerate and complete it within one year, depending on your situation and study plan.
Credit Hours: 30 credit hours, with 6 credit hours per semester.
Doctorate Degree Program
Duration: ranges from 2 to 5 years, depending on individual progress.
Credit Hours: 60 credit hours.

Admission Requirements
Whether you are inside or outside the USA, you should provide:
- Your latest degree certificate
- Your latest degree transcript
- Valid passport copy
- Resume / CV
- Letter of Intent: You can check format here
The documents should be submitted in clear PDF or JPG files, titled according to their content, and properly scanned using a scanning machine or Camscanner App.
English Proficiency Certificate
To learn more about the English language requirements and available test waivers, including minimum scores and details for each degree level, check this webpage.
Duolingo English Test
Alternatively, you can apply directly for one of the easiest options, the Duolingo English Test, which in your draft requires a 90 score at least out of 160 to be eligible for the degree programs mentioned above.
If you cannot get the minimum score, you can join our English course for 2 to 6 months until you reach the proposed score.
You can also submit IELTS or TOEFL, and you may be eligible for a waiver. Details here
If You Are Inside the USA and Want to Change Your Status
You should submit the documents mentioned in the previous section, plus:
- A copy of your current visa / current status, or case approval
- I-94 document: Get your I-94 online
F-1 Student Visa Program Fees
- Free Application Submission
- $105 Eligibility Processing Fee:
After submitting your application, you’ll receive step-by-step guidance to assess your eligibility for the F-1 Student Visa. The admissions team will review your academic records, English test scores, and other requirements. If approved, you’ll need to pay the processing fee. Payment Link
- $500 I-20 Form Refundable Fee
After completing the eligibility review, you will receive your acceptance letter. To get your I-20 form, you must pay a $500 refundable fee.
If you are outside the USA and your visa application is rejected at the U.S. Embassy, you can provide the rejection document and request a refund review.
Upon payment, your draft says you may receive the I-20 form within 2 weeks. The payment link will be shared with your acceptance letter.
- $100 SEVIS Preparation Fee
Once you receive your I-20 form, you must apply for the SEVIS fee and DS-160 form. Windsor University provides support and guidance to help you file your SEVIS fee and prepare for the U.S. Embassy interview. Payment Link
- $350 SEVIS Governmental Fee
This is a mandatory government fee required before the U.S. Embassy appointment stage. Payment Link
If you are outside the USA
You should also pay $185 by yourself in your country so you can join the American Embassy interview.

Estimated Total Fees for Applicants Outside the USA: $1,240
If you are inside the USA
You should also pay:
- $1,055 plus $420 USCIS I-539 form change of status. Payment Link
- Change of status preparation file range: $525 – $775, adopted case by case

Scholarship: How to Get It?
Once you are an enrolled student, and as long as you maintain a CGPA of 3.0 or more in each semester, you will receive 4% scholarship fund support. You will receive it at the end of each semester once you maintain the mentioned CGPA.
For example:
You applied for a master’s degree:
- You should pay $17,250 for the program
- You should pay $3,450 per semester
- You will get $138 each semester
- By total, you will get $690 for the whole program (4%)
Other than that, you may also get 4% for each student you help to apply through this page, as long as that student also maintains the required CGPA each semester mentioned above.
You have the right to recommend an unlimited number of students to apply, and your referrals also have the right to recommend unlimited numbers of students. You can get 4% scholarship fund support for yourself, in addition to 4% for each student you helped to apply, as long as they maintain a CGPA of 3.0 each semester. They also have the same right.
In some programs, you may also have other scholarships depending on your latest degree GPA or grades.
