Graduation Certificates and Attestation Policy

Graduation Certificates
Graduation certificates are issued after students have successfully completed all academic requirements and satisfied any applicable financial obligations.
- Graduation certificates are issued once academic completion and financial clearance have been verified.
- Certificate processing is coordinated through the Student Affairs and Finance Departments.
- Graduation certificate fees are published on the university website and must be paid before certificate issuance
Attestation and Authentication Requests
Some students may require document attestation, notarization, or embassy authentication for international use, employment, professional licensing, or other official purposes.
Students who require these services should follow the guidelines below.
- Attestation requests should be submitted at least two months before the official graduation date to allow sufficient time for processing.
- Requests submitted after this timeframe may be difficult to accommodate due to external processing timelines.
- The Student Affairs Office will assist students in coordinating documentation whenever possible.
Fees
Certain document attestation or authentication services may involve administrative processing costs.
- Graduation certificate fees are fixed and published as $500 in the university’s official tuition and fees schedule.
- Additional authentication or attestation costs may vary depending on:
- the type of attestation requested
- the number of documents involved
- the external authority or embassy processing the request
Students will be notified of the total cost before any processing begins.
Student Responsibility
Students are responsible for determining whether document attestation or authentication is required for employment, immigration, professional licensing, or international use.
- Requests should be submitted by email to [email protected].
- Submitting requests within the recommended timeframe helps ensure timely processing of graduation documentation.
- Students who have questions regarding graduation documentation or attestation requirements are encouraged to contact the Student Affairs Office for guidance.
Important Notice
Processing times for attestation and authentication depend on external agencies, embassies, and government authorities and therefore cannot be guaranteed by the university.
Students are strongly encouraged to plan ahead when requesting documents that require international verification or embassy authentication.
