Anohar John has a career running over 23 years, as an Educator and Trainer both for academia and industry. Earned multiple Master’s degrees, and completed his Ph.D. in the areas of Sustainability showcasing a profound understanding of the field of study. He has developed a sustainable model for crisis Management for the Middle East.

As a faculty member in esteemed colleges, including WLC College and some government colleges for several years, he has influenced many young minds, guiding them toward career excellence. He is a Visiting Faculty for many institutions of repute including NISM. He has been a Resource Person for many online programs and conferences from different parts of the world from the Philippines to India.

As the author of three important books, he is committed to simplifying the teaching concepts for both students and professionals. He has also made significant research contributions, with published research papers in reputable journals.
