Nada Midan currently serves as the Executive Vice President (Operations Development) and Director of Accreditation and Compliance at Windsor University. In these leadership roles, she oversees the university’s strategic operations, institutional development, and regulatory compliance efforts, playing a key role in Windsor’s growth and pursuit of accreditation.

Nada joined Windsor University as a Research and Development Officer, where she led initiatives in academic innovation and program development. She was later appointed as Admissions Manager, followed by her promotion to Deputy Director of Student Affairs, where she supported the enhancement of student services and academic advising. Her dedication and institutional insight led to her advancement as Director of Accreditation and Compliance, where she has been instrumental in aligning Windsor University with national accreditation standards.

In addition to her roles at Windsor, Nada is a Board-Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist (BCPS), certified by the American Board of Pharmacotherapy since 2016. She is a seasoned Clinical Pharmacist and Healthcare Leader with extensive experience in both public and private healthcare sectors. Her expertise includes clinical research, medical content review, and direct patient care, particularly in ICU and advanced pharmacy settings.

Nada has also served as a clinical instructor for both undergraduate and postgraduate students, combining theoretical teaching with hands-on clinical training in hospital environments. Her multidisciplinary experience continues to inform her work at Windsor University, where she remains committed to academic excellence, innovation, and student success.
