Dr. Michellea “Redbird” Millis Rucker is the CEO of Transforming Our Practice, LLC, and BrownSTEM, INC. With over 21 years of experience in education, 10 years in non-profit administration, and a decade as an entrepreneur, Dr. Rucker is a seasoned expert in instructional leadership, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) coaching. She is a certified Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the International Coaching Federation (ICF), specializing in transformational leadership and performance coaching, and holds DEI certification.

Dr. Rucker is a member of the Founding Circle of the Cialdini Institute, where she is pursuing licensure and certification in Influence Coaching. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Management and a Master of Science in Managerial Leadership. Additionally, she is an alumnus of the Harvard Graduate School of Education, with a focus on Leadership and Data, and is currently a doctoral candidate (Ed.D.) in Leadership.

Her work has earned her recognition as a Global Education Influencer, having been featured in the September 2020 edition of The Excellent Magazine. As part of her multifaceted expertise, Dr. Rucker is also a certified LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Methods Facilitator, adding to her innovative approach to leadership and education.
