Windsor University is looking forward to licensing and certifying hundreds of demanded programs/courses for each country around the world to grow the job market according to the laws, rules and regulations
of the Higher Education Licensure Commission (HELC) and The Office of the State Superintendent of Education (OSSE) in Washington DC, USA.

Policy

The Applicant (University, Professor, or Instructor) has to illustrate the job market demand regarding the new program/course
proposal and the estimated number of students per year.

Process

Windsor University should review the curriculum according to the USA curriculum Link, and the Department of Education laws, rules, and regulations.

Benefits

If the Applicant is on good terms, and Windsor University accepts the program/course, the applicant will gain financial
and moral benefits for themselves and Their students.

  • Financial: After reviewing the program/course/diploma and the number of estimated students, the Applicant and Windsor University will come to a mutually agreed upon arrangement regarding revenue sharing per student. The specifics of this arrangement will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

    Example: If the Applicant has around 50 students offering a program/course without a license for a fee of $1000.
    Then, after reviewing the program/course/diploma by the relevant department at Windsor University
    and licensing it, the Applicant should raise the program/course/diploma fee by an amount of money to cover the 25%,
    which is Windsor University’s share.

  • Honorable Position at Windsor University: The Applicant will be on the Windsor University Leadership Board as a director and on the Faculty Members Board, along with Their photo and Bio. They will also be considered Instructors for other current
    and upcoming programs and courses according to Their areas of expertise.

If the Applicant is a University

They will be considered an Agent for Windsor University. Then, the Applicant University’s revenue
share will increase to 80% rather than 75%.

Fund and Fees

Adding a new program/course fee is $1000; Windsor University pays $500 per program/course/diploma licensing
and certifying, which is 50% of the fees (half the cost) in case the number of students is not less than 50. The Applicant must pay $500 per program/course/diploma to be licensed.

Licensing Duration

From 4 – 6 months per each program/course/diploma.

Applying Times

Six times a year, every two months.

10 – CPA Fees and Tax Return Submission Fees
11 – Financial Auditing Report fees
12 – Annual Server Fees
13 – Semester Transcript Issuance
14 – Graduation Certificate Issuance
15 – Graduation Certificate Authentication

9- Providing Admission Requirements that should follow the laws, rules, and regulations of the USA
10- Providing Program/Courses/Diplomas with a Competitive Tuition Fees Plan
11- Paying Professors/Instructors Fees/Compensation (included in the financial note’s 75% or 80% ratio mentioned above).
