Iman Elbakry is a dedicated Business student at Ain Shams University and currently serves as a Student Affairs Assistant at Windsor University. In this role, she plays a vital part in supporting student engagement, academic coordination, and administrative processes. Iman is often the first point of contact for students seeking guidance, and she works closely with both the admissions and registrar departments to ensure a smooth and efficient experience for every learner.
Her day-to-day responsibilities involve handling student inquiries, maintaining accurate records, assisting with onboarding and orientation processes, and coordinating logistics for academic and extracurricular events. Whether responding to student needs, solving logistical challenges, or contributing to university-wide initiatives, Iman is known for her calm under pressure, attention to detail, and commitment to service excellence.
Prior to this, Iman was actively involved in leadership and community-building during her school years at Manaret Al Farouq Islamic Language School. As Head of the Senior Committee, she led event planning efforts, managed communications, and addressed student concerns—skills she continues to build on at Windsor. She also gained hands-on experience in education as a nursery teacher, where she fostered a fun and structured learning environment for young children.
An alumna of MFIS MUN and other student-led initiatives, Iman brings a strong foundation in teamwork, adaptability, and strategic thinking. With a passion for supporting others and a clear entrepreneurial mindset, she continues to grow in both academic and professional spaces—driven by a goal to make meaningful contributions in higher education and beyond.
