As an Assistant Vice President at Lendmark Financial Services, I oversee the performance of eight office locations in the Western Ohio Division, managing the full P&L of the division portfolio. I have over 12 years of experience in the consumer finance industry, with expertise in underwriting, loss control, credit and risk-based decision making, analyzing trends, expansion, and delinquency control.

I also provide strategic vision and guidance to branch teams, helping them achieve annual goals and deliver outstanding customer service. I train and develop Branch Managers in all areas of operation, and mentor Branch Manager Trainees to assume management roles in the company.
