Sameh Abdelkader serves as a member of the Board of Trustees and Senior Vice President for Global Strategy, Partnerships & Institutional Development at Windsor University, where he works closely with the university's founder and senior leadership to advance institutional growth, structure strategic partnerships, and expand the university's international footprint.
Leadership Across Markets and Institutions
Sameh has led Windsor University's early expansion initiatives in Egypt and Morocco, structuring academic partnership discussions, branch development conversations, and institutional collaboration with prospective partner colleges.
He represents the university in strategic meetings across the United States and overseas, introduces prospective students and partners to Windsor University, and supports enrollment and market-development efforts in both domestic and international markets.
Sameh provides strategic input on new academic programs, technology platforms, institutional documents, and business initiatives. He also supports the university's capital-raising and strategic-partnership efforts, including outreach to prospective investors and partners.

Entrepreneurship and Education
Outside of Windsor University, Sameh is a multi-sector entrepreneur and educator based in the Washington, DC and Alexandria, Virginia area.
He is Co-Founder & Director of Education at Liberty Language Services and the Academy of Interpretation, and holds leadership roles across a diversified portfolio of ventures spanning education, real estate, construction, hospitality, and cross-border trade in the United States, Morocco, and Egypt.
