My Journey with the MBA Program at Windsor University
My name is Martin Mishinev, and I’m from Bulgaria. I hold a Master’s degree in Pharmacy, and for the past several years, I’ve been working in the clinical research field. Currently, I serve as a Centralized Monitoring Lead at an international Contract Research Organization (CRO).
I chose to pursue an MBA at Windsor University because I felt the need to strengthen not only my scientific expertise but also my leadership and strategic thinking skills. The clinical research industry is evolving rapidly, and to stay ahead, one must be able to lead people, manage processes, and make confident, well-informed decisions. The MBA gave me exactly that.
The live sessions were genuinely engaging. The instructors were not only knowledgeable but also approachable and open to discussion. Every question sparked meaningful dialogue and practical insights, making the sessions truly valuable.
One of the greatest strengths of this program is its flexibility. I was able to balance a demanding job and family life while fully participating in the learning process—something I deeply appreciated.
What impacted me the most was the focus on leadership and strategic management. These topics shifted the way I communicate with my team and reshaped the way I envision my long-term career path.
Since joining the program, I’ve noticed real change in myself: I approach challenges with greater confidence, see opportunities with a broader perspective, and feel more equipped to take the next steps in my professional journey. The MBA is not just another degree—it’s a personal transformation.
I’m confident this program will support my future goals, whether I continue advancing in industry leadership or take on an academic role to mentor the next generation of professionals.
I would absolutely recommend Windsor University to colleagues, friends, and anyone looking for quality education, practical relevance, and a truly supportive learning environment. If I were to suggest one enhancement, it would be to include even more real-world case studies that allow students to apply their knowledge in a hands-on way.
