He holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Business & Legal Studies, a Juris Doctor (JD) with a concentration in Business & Corporate Law, an International Master of Business Administration (IMBA) in International Business & Finance, a Graduate Certificate in Forensic Accounting & Fraud Examination, and an Executive Master of Laws (ELLM) in International Business Law.

With over 10 years of experience in the U.S. defense and national security sectors, Dr. Shuaib has held senior roles within the Department of Defense (DoD), the Department of the Army, and the Department of the Navy. His work has supported national interests through expertise in Contracting, Acquisition, Policy, Program Management, and Intelligence operations.

Dr. Shuaib holds professional certifications in Contracting and Program Management and has served extensively as a Consultant in Contracts, Negotiation, and Mediation.
