Dr. Babatunde Olukayode Balogun is an accomplished legal practitioner and mediator with over 30 years of experience in corporate and commercial law. He holds LL.B. and LL.M. degrees from the University of Lagos, was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1992, and earned a PhD in Law from Gideon Roberts University, Zambia. He has served as Company Secretary/Legal Adviser at Trust Bank (now Sterling Bank), Head Legal and Personnel Manager at Crown Flour Mills, and is currently the Managing Partner at Solomon Balogun & Co. Dr. Balogun specializes in commercial and property law, company secretarial services, and alternative dispute resolution, and is fluent in English and Yoruba.
