Dr Matthew Ogunbukola

Dr. Matthew Ogunbukola, MBA, DBA, has over twenty years of experience in business strategy and technology management, focusing on operational efficiency and innovation in both public and private sectors. He previously served as Senior Program Director at the Maryland Department of Health, managing initiatives that aligned with public health goals. In academia, Dr. Ogunbukola is an Assistant Professor at the University of Maryland Global Campus and an Adjunct Professor at Anne Arundel Community College, teaching business and leadership courses. Additionally, he is the Managing Consultant at Matgrace Consulting LLC, providing advice on project management, digital transformation, and strategic planning. His international experience includes leading a $500 million identity management program across ten Nigerian states, implementing a biometric attendance system for over 70,000 civil servants, and launching a mobile payment platform licensed by the Central Bank of Nigeria. Dr. Ogunbukola holds a Doctorate in Business Administration focusing on Information Systems and Enterprise Resource Management from California Intercontinental University, an MBA from the University of Sunderland, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Business and Management from Stratford College in the UK.
