Dr. Shaik Rehana Banu is an esteemed academic and researcher in the field of Business Management. She completed her Post-Doctoral Fellowship in Business Management in May 2024 from Lincoln University College, Malaysia, and holds a Doctoral Degree in Business Management from Yogi Vemana University, Kadapa, Andhra Pradesh, India. Additionally, Dr. Banu earned her Master of Business Administration (MBA) with First Class Distinction in Business Management from JNTU-Anantapur, Andhra Pradesh, India.

Currently, Dr. Banu serves as an Professor in the Department of Business Management at Windsor University, United States, where she continues to impart her knowledge and expertise in business management. Her research expertise spans various domains including business management, research methodology, and computer applications. She has received the prestigious Research Award from the University of Sharjah for her outstanding contributions to the field.

With over 12 years of teaching experience and 3 years of industrial experience, Dr. Banu has made significant contributions to academia. She has authored two books and published over 60 research papers in reputable journals and presented her work at numerous conferences globally. She has been an active participant in 30 international conferences, 30 national workshops, and 30 seminar presentations, and has engaged in over 140 international and national webinars. Dr. Banu has also attended 15 faculty development programs to continuously enhance her knowledge and skills.

Apart from her teaching and research responsibilities, Dr. Banu is deeply involved in mentoring research scholars and actively contributes to the academic community as a reviewer and editor for renowned publication houses. Her ongoing dedication to advancing business management knowledge highlights her commitment to excellence and scholarly advancement in the field. Dr.Banu unwavering dedication to advancing scientific research is exemplified by her active role as a reviewer and editor for a variety of prestigious publication houses. She has contributed to renowned journals such as Wiley, IEEE, the Academy of Accounting and Financial Studies Journal (AAFSJ), The Research Journal – An Interdisciplinary Platform for Researchers, Asian Journal of Education and Social Studies, and Science Publishing Group, where she has reviewed over 100 articles. Dr. Banu also serves as an editor for Applied Science and Applied Social Sciences – IIP Proceedings, International Institute of Organized Research, and Science Publishing Group, further solidifying her reputation in the global academic community.
