Invitation to Participate in Thesis Discussion Session

You are cordially invited to join the Thesis Discussion Sessions for graduating students of Windsor University’s Online MBA Program. We are seeking experienced and passionate professors to serve as panel members, providing valuable feedback and guidance to our students as they present their final research work.

Benefits of Participation:

Priority Shortlisting for Future Semesters: Participating professors will be given priority consideration for their preferred academic courses in our programs for upcoming semesters, based on their areas of interest.

Recognition:

• A Certificate of Recognition will be presented by Windsor University to acknowledge your contributions.
• Your name and photo will be featured on the university’s website as a member of our Advisory Board Committee.

Process:

• You will be assigned to review the work of 3 to 5 students.
• You will receive each student’s thesis paper in advance to prepare for the session.
• During the session, each student will:
  • Present their research in a 15-minute time slot (including Q&A and discussion).
  • Engage in academic discussion with you and other committee members.
• You are encouraged to:
  • Ask questions, provide constructive feedback, and contribute to the discussion.
• After each session, you will complete a Review Guideline Template, which includes:
  • Scoring the student’s paper and presentation.
  • Providing comments and suggestions to support their academic development.
• The Review Guideline Template will be provided in advance to help standardize evaluations.
