Economics Course

Course Description:

In our Economics course, students will gain a solid understanding of how economic principles apply to the analysis of business organization and operation.

Throughout the course, students will delve into key concepts such as financial theory, banking and money systems, competition speculation, valuation theory, wage and salary/incentive theory, market analysis, and the application of economics and quantitative methods to study specific business issues.

By the end of the course, students will have acquired comprehensive knowledge in these areas, equipping them with the analytical skills and tools necessary to make informed business decisions. They will be able to apply economic principles to evaluate and optimize various aspects of business operations, ultimately contributing to the success and sustainability of organizations in a dynamic economic landscape.

Course Learning Outcomes:

Upon completion of the Economics course, the student will be able to:

  • Understand and apply economic principles to analyze the organization and operation of business enterprises.
  • Acquire knowledge of financial theory, banking and money systems, and the speculation of competition.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in valuation theory and wage and salary/incentive theory.
  • Analyze markets and apply economic principles to study explicit business issues.
  • Utilize quantitative methods to address business challenges and make informed decisions.
  • Develop critical thinking skills through the application of economic concepts to real-world business scenarios.
  • Demonstrate effective communication of economic analyses and findings.
