Dr. Rohit Bansal is a dedicated and accomplished academician with a robust professional background. He currently serves as a Professor in the Department of Management Studies at Vaish College of Engineering, Rohtak. He earned his Ph.D. in Management from Maharshi Dayanand University, Rohtak, and brings over 16 years of rich experience in academia. His career reflects continuous growth and development through proactive academic initiatives.

In addition to his current role, Dr. Bansal is an Online Adjunct Faculty member at the Optics Teacher Training Institute in Liberia and an online instructor on Udemy.com, where he has launched six courses, enrolling over 12,000 students to date. He has also authored and edited 38 books with prestigious national and international publishers such as Springer Nature, IGI Global USA, Scrivener-Wiley Publishing, and De Gruyter.

Dr. Bansal’s scholarly contributions include over 160 research papers and chapters published in reputed journals, including Scopus-indexed journals and edited volumes. His work is featured in leading publishers like Springer, MDPI, Hindawi, Heliyon, IGI Global, Cell Press, Elsevier, Inderscience, and Wiley. He has presented his research at more than 60 national and international conferences and seminars, including prestigious institutions such as IIM Indore, IIM Ranchi, IIM Jammu, and IIM Kozhikode.

Dr. Bansal’s areas of expertise include marketing management, organizational behavior, services marketing, customer engagement, digital marketing, influencer marketing, and human resource management. He is particularly proficient in engaging graduate and postgraduate students through interactive discussions and experiential learning techniques.

He is actively involved in the academic community, serving as a member of the Editorial Advisory Board for 110 national and international peer-reviewed journals and as Managing Editor of both the International Journal of 360° Management Review and the International Journal of Techno-Management Research. Dr. Bansal has reviewed over 600 articles for peer-reviewed journals and contributed as a member of technical committees for various international conferences.

Recognized for his academic and research excellence, Dr. Bansal has received numerous awards. He holds one Australian patent and has published thirteen Indian patents. Currently, three scholars are pursuing their Ph.D. degrees under his guidance. Dr. Bansal is also an active member of several national and international professional organizations, and he has chaired numerous sessions and delivered talks at international conferences.
