Dr. Anne holds a Ph.D. in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of South Florida, Tampa, FL, and completed post-graduate studies in Educational Leadership at the University of South Florida, St. Petersburg, FL. Dr. Anne is a distinguished educator and leader, with numerous recognitions to her name, including being a Fulbright Leadership Grant Recipient, Fulbright Teaching Scholar, National Board Certified Teacher, and a Commissioner’s Leadership Academy Designee. She has also been awarded the Pioneer Adventure Award for her contributions to education.

In her previous roles, Dr. Anne served as the State-wide Student Support and Academic Achievement Coordinator, as well as the Region IV Assistant Director of School Improvement & State Professional Learning Team at the University of South Florida. Her career reflects her dedication to driving equity and inclusion within educational settings.

As an innovative leader, Dr. Anne’s work is informed by cutting-edge research, and she collaborates with partners across federal, state, public, and private sectors to challenge new generations to exceed their own expectations and envision a more equitable and inclusive world.
