Dr. Sarah Zaklama is a distinguished academic and media professional with over a decade of teaching experience across Egypt, Canada, and the United States. She holds advanced degrees in media studies, including a Bachelor of Mass Communication, a Master’s in Media, and a Doctorate of Philosophy, all evaluated by World Education Services (WES) as equivalent to North American standards.

Dr. Zaklama’s Master’s thesis, “Framing Analysis for the Health Issues: Comparative Study Between Egyptian ‘Ahram’ Newspaper and American ‘New York Times’ Newspaper”, and her PhD thesis, “Factors Affecting the Arts of Journalistic Writing in the Medical Pages of Egyptian Newspapers”, showcase her deep expertise in media and health communication.

Currently, Dr. Zaklama serves as a Professor in the Public Relations Department at ACE Acumen Academy, St. Clair College, Toronto, Canada. Her previous roles include Lecturer at MSA University (University of Bedfordshire), Adjunct Teaching Assistant at the Arab Academy for Science, Technology, and Maritime Transport, and Adjunct Lecturer at the University of the People in California.

Dr. Zaklama has taught an extensive range of courses in media and communication, including Introduction to Mass Communication, Writing for Mass Media, Mass Media Theories, Online Journalism, Public Relations Research Skills, and Media Relations. She is also the author of a book on health communication, reflecting her commitment to advancing research in this field.

Passionate about education, Dr. Zaklama actively participates in academic conferences and continually seeks to enhance teaching methodologies. Her goal is to empower students with high-quality education and help them build successful careers in media and communication.
