In Kenya we have many programs with high demand of education as well as most competitive job market. Most of the programs with highest demand is Information Technology. This is because there are a lot of innovation and most people are coming up with startups that enable them to sell their products and make it easy for the users to use. We currently have the most efficient mobile money transfer here in Kenya known as Mpesa. This allows one to send and receive money at their convenience and across all networks. This allows one to send money to their bank accounts, withdraw and instantly make payments at different vendor point.

The Information technology has been explored in that it allows people to create products to sell their products managing an online business, creating online contents to be able to sell their products. Web development that comes with startups wanting to create new channels to reach out to their customers.

We have applications created to allow users to buy electricity tokens for prepaid meter boxes, this has supported the people who do not need to have a lot of money to buy a lot of tokens. This also allows one to borrow tokens to pay later when they can access money. There are a lot of systems integrations done allowing easy access of the processes.

Business Administration is one of the majority courses that the students will undertake in any institution. This is well explained in new startups and in business where companies will require someone who understand how to run a business, manage the business and ensure profitability. People management will allow a lot of productivity and right teams in different operations.

We also have Project Management toping the courses in Kenya. This is because we have companies that have attained contracts to manage certain businesses but you find they will need project managers to guide and run the projects. Currently we have like the biggest express way being constructed, this with a lot of support from Engineers you find they input a lot of effort in advising when the project will complete the amount required and when it will be possible to gain a complete affordable project. we have companies improving their systems they require the project managers to breakdown the requirements what is required, the cost, the teams, the expected completion as well as how the new system will improve the current company performance.

Medicine is one of the programs people undertake as the demand of Doctors are also on high demand with the new Covid19 cases we have so many people in critical cases and other lifestyle diseases and require personal care of while hospitalized they require a lot of care for their healing process. We have some institutions taking care of the elderly and they need home care and the nurses are in the same demand process. There are so many advanced medication and treatments that has evolved that allows the industry to prescribe more effective medicine or treatments.

Artificial intelligence is another great program that has over the years improved on how people run day to day schedules. we have AI in all areas. Like in a hospital we have many advanced systems that are being used for treatment, surgery and even therapy for who require treatment. This has really helped how people were treated before. AI is now being used in traffic control that determines the roads with traffic and guides when one is using maps thus easily able to guide on the best route with easy traffic.

Big Data programs has enabled predictive analysis to be explored. Most of the Marketing companies use Big Data to sell products, make advertisements depending on the products the one mostly buy, malls you go to and routes that you use. This has really helped one to target the group one needs and as well.as push the right content. Most companies they will be able to tell the products meant to students, the working group and the elderly. You find products that you frequently buy you will now start to view similar products as well.

Agriculture has become demanding in the country as food demand is also high with high population as well. There is a lot of effective farming that one can learn and also teach the people on how to grow foods that got great nutrients and are fast growing. When one gets this education it goes along way to help the farmers understand the breed of animals to take and how to make it more productive to get quality products like milk and meat. We have so many people who rely on farm produce to earn a daily living. We now have companies who sell good quality seedlings to the farmers.
